Be Unapologetically You.

My relationship with food has always been one of curiosity and excitement. I love food’s bright colors, the comfort it can offer, and the connection it often creates. I also know what it’s like to feel fear around food. Food anxiety is real, it’s common, and it’s often kept in the shadows. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

In my work, I support clients in discovering what food freedom means to them. Whether it’s helping teens and adults find peace with their bodies, working with children and families to expand safe foods, or guiding individuals through recovery from eating disorders, my approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and hope.

As a counselor in training, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as a range of other mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I bring a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in empathy and a belief in each person's capacity for growth.

I have experience working with children learning to navigate big feelings, such as anxiety, perfectionism, and impulsivity. I strive to create a space where kids feel safe, seen, and empowered to express themselves. I’m interested in continuing to expand my training, learning more about play therapy and sand tray work, especially as tools to support emotional processing and healing in young clients.

Regardless of the reason to seek nutrition counseling or mental health therapy, I believe in creating a safe, inclusive space where all bodies are welcome and where progress is measured not by perfection, but by growth. My goal is to meet each person where they are and walk alongside them with curiosity, compassion, and care.
